Our little engine that could, Smallman: The World My Father Made, is continuing its trip around the world with premieres in the United States and Jamaica!
The Pan African Film Festival (PAFF) will screen Smallman three times in February, at RAVE Cinemas Baldwin Hills 15, in Los Angeles, California.
Friday, February 6th, 12:50pm
Tuesday, February 10th, 4:20pm
Thursday, February 12th, 3:40pm
The National Gallery of Jamaica will screen Smallman as part of its Jamaica Biennial programme:
Sunday, January 25th at 1:30pm (admission is free)
Smallman is Richard Mark Rawlins’ personal exploration of the real and imagined worlds that his father, Kenwyn, made, in the tiny workshop beneath their house.
Also screening at the National Gallery on the 25th, will be SAVANT’s award-winning documentary film, The Solitary Alchemist.
Filmed over three years, in Trinidad, England and Scotland, ‘The Solitary Alchemist’ is a moving and intimate portrait of a life in art.
